Wafer Butterfly Valves with pneumatic actuators are available in sizes 2″, 3″, 4″, 6″, 8″, 10″, and 12″. These valves are designed with a durable ductile iron body and disc, paired with an EPDM seat for reliable sealing and extended service life. With a pressure rating of Class 150 and a temperature range of -15°C to 110°C, they are suitable for a variety of industrial applications requiring precise and dependable flow control.

The double-acting pneumatic actuator operates within a pressure range of 2.5 to 8 bar, ensuring consistent and accurate performance. Its robust design allows for seamless integration into automated systems, making it an excellent choice for industries such as water treatment, chemical processing, and HVAC systems. The wafer configuration is particularly advantageous for compact piping arrangements, allowing for easy installation between flanges and supporting bi-directional flow for versatility in system design.

Upon special request, a range of actuator options can be offered, including air single-acting spring return and electric actuators. For manual valves, a hand wheel can be selected instead of the standard 10-position hand lever, providing an adaptable solution based on user preference and application needs.

Further customization is also available for specific operational and environmental conditions. Upon request, alternate seat materials such as Silicone, Viton, and others can be provided to enhance compatibility with higher temperatures or chemically aggressive media. Additionally, the valve’s body and disc materials can be upgraded to SS304 or SS316 stainless steel, offering superior resistance to corrosion and ensuring durability in demanding or harsh environments.
