We know you’ve got a project to run. Our automated colloidal grout mixers free you and your personnel up for other project requirements. No babysitting required. The ACM is scaleable, off the shelf, truly self cleaning and can stand alone or as part of a complete grout mixing and pumping system.
The colloidal grout mixers utilize proven, high performance centrifugal slurry pumps that are built to last and perform above industry standards. With 29 % chrome replaceable liners, impellers (discar’s) and high performance mechanical seals, our mills are reliable and easy to maintain.
AMIX mixing and pumping systems are built application specific for use in Jet Grouting, Soil Mixing, Tunnel Boring (TBM), Two Component Annulus Backfill Grouting, Permeation Grouting, Bentonite Mixing, Paste Backfill, and Cemented Rockfill (CRF) Plants.
