Return & Exchange Policy
At AMIX Systems, we take pride in delivering high-quality equipment parts that meet your needs. We understand that issues may arise, and we are committed to providing a fair and efficient return and exchange process.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange if:
- You received the wrong product (incorrect model, specifications, or quantity).
- The product was damaged during shipping.
- The product is defective or non-functional upon arrival.
To be eligible, the request must be made within 30 days of delivery, and the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:
- Custom-made or special-order parts.
- Electrical components that have been installed or used.
- Items that have been modified or altered after delivery.
2. Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Submit a Return Request
Contact our customer support team at sales@amixsystems.com with the following information:
- Order number and date of purchase.
- Description of the issue and reason for the return.
- Photos or videos of the item (if damaged or defective).
Step 2: Approval & Shipping Instructions
- If your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions on how to ship the item back.
- Unauthorized returns or items sent without an RMA may not be accepted.
Step 3: Inspection & Resolution
- Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm eligibility.
- If approved, we will process a replacement, store credit, or refund within 30 business days.
- If the return does not meet our policy requirements, we will notify you of the next steps.
3. Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: AMIX Systems will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Refunds & Processing Time
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 business days after approval.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an AMIX Systems error.
5. Warranty & Support
Some products may be covered under a manufacturer’s warranty. If you experience issues after the return period, please check the warranty terms or contact us for assistance.
